If I know one thing about Weight Watchers, it’s that portion control is one of the most important things. The Wilton Silicone Brownie Mold makes it so easy to control your portion size and the brownies cook up quickly and pop right out of the molds. These were so yummy. To lighten this recipe I substituted applesauce for the usual butter and reduced the amount of sugar generally used. To make them even more delicious, I topped them with just a tiny bit of powdered sugar, honey and caramel sauce. They are only 47 Calories each and 2 SmartPoints! Yay .. okay, so have to admit to eating 3 of them, but they were so good.
