This is a favorite drink in our house and it’s so easy to make. As a matter of fact, I’m drinking one right now as I write this. YUM! It only takes a few ingredients .. coffee, milk, and caramel syrup and a Bullet or blender and it’s done. So much less expensive then the coffee house versions and a lot less calories/carbs/points too!
Skinny Caramel Frappuccino

Serves: 1, Calories 98, Fat 3 g, Sat Fat 1 g, Carbs 15 g, Fiber 1 g, Net Carbs 14, Sugars 11 g, Protein 1 g, Weight Watcher’s Points Plus: 2 pts, Weight Watcher’s SmartPoints 4 pts.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cooled caramel flavored coffee (like Starbuck’s Caramel K-cups)
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon caramel syrup
- 1 cup of ice
- Optional: dollop of whipped cream and a dribble of caramel for the top.
Directions:
Put the coffee, milk and caramel in your Bullet or blender.
Add the ice.
Blend until smooth.
Optional: Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
