This isn’t a special recipe but it’s a quick way to make some fantastic corn on the cob right in the microwave. Especially useful if you are out of time or out of room on the stove or grill top.
Quick Microwave Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
4 ears of corn
Directions:
Husk and clean the corn.
Wet a paper towel, wring it out. Lay paper towel in a icrowave safe 9 x 9 baking dish. Put corn in the dish (on top of the paper towel).
Wet another paper towel, wring it out. Lay on top of the corn.
Microwave for 8 minutes. Salt, butter, serve, enjoy.
