I love making dinner in one pot. It’s easy to do and clean up is a breeze too. This is a delicious comfort food. Perfect for the winter months and the pork chops and cabbage cook right in the same pan that is so easy to prepare and serve. This is a take on the popular Italian dish, “Pork Roast Braised in Milk” but this is a much simpler version of the recipe.
