I love fruit and eat a ton of it on Weight Watcher’s. It’s not a great fit for those watching their carbs of course although berries are great for low carbs so this could be modified to mix up several different types of berries and eliminate the pineapple and orange which would lower the carbs a lot. This is also a great recipe to use at a pot luck .. just double or triple the recipe and you are good to go!
Honey and Poppy Seed Fruit Salad

Serves: 7-8 (1 cup), Calories 120, Fat 1 g, Sat Fat 0 g, Carbs 30, Fiber 4 g, Net Carbs 26 g, Sugars 23 g, Protein 2 g, Weight Watcher’s Points Plus: 1 pt, Weight Watcher’s SmartPoints: 1 pt.

Ingredients:
Salad:
- 1/2 Fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 pound fresh strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups)
- 6 ounce package fresh blueberries (about 1 cup)
- 6 ounce package fresh raspberries (about 1 cup)
- 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- zest from 1 lime
- 1 lime, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Directions:
Place all fruit into a large bowl. Set aside.
Dressing: Whisk honey, lime zest, lime juice and poppy seeds together.
Pour dressing over fruit and gently toss to cover fruit in dressing. Serve.
