It’s been awhile since I posted a recipe. To be honest, I’ve been doing a lot of eating out. My family moved from Honolulu, HI to Augusta, GA and as such, we were without kitchenware for a very long time. Now we are in our new home and I’m ready to start cooking again! Last night I made this delicious salmon recipe along with Lemon Roasted Vegetables and some white rice. It was so very good, quick and easy to prepare.
