My family loves Mexican food and you need a delicious salsa to go with any good Mexican recipe. We also love just eating it by itself as a snack or on the side of our meal. This salsa is made with all fresh ingredients for a fresher than fresh taste that you will be sure to love as much as we love it.

Ingredients for Fresh Tomato Salsa
The beauty of this recipe is that it’s simple to make in a food processor. I love it because it’s 0 fat and 0 Weight Watcher’s Points Plus! It’s also just 3.5 carbs per serving and goes wonderfully with celery sticks or cucumber slices even though I pictured it here with very thin tortilla chips (which I love!)
I only added a little bit of jalapeno pepper because my son and husband don’t like a hot salsa, but you could add as much or as little as you like. The seeds are the hottest part of the jalapeno so be sure to clean them out if you don’t like your salsa too hot.
