I just got my Instant Pot and had to cook something! I was so exciting after seeing so many rave reviews for the Instant Pot. They are true .. this cooked in just 4 minutes! Amazing! I think I’m in love with this all-in-one pot!
It just happens that tomorrow morning I’m going to be making blueberry applesauce pancakes. I was also completely out of applesauce since I used it all the other day. So the scene was set and I was destined to make applesauce this morning. I prefer my applesauce with cinnamon so I took that option as you can see from the dark color of the sauce but I did leave out the sugar. With nice sweet apples, the sugar is not necessary and just adds points to this 0 point bowl of deliciousness.
