I made these yesterday and they were so delicious. They turned out much better even then my expectations. I do love mushrooms and this just might be my favorite way to make them now. We had them as a side dish atop the Oven Roasted Tri Tip but these would be fantastic with any meal. They are so tender and succulent with just a hint of the white wine. Be sure to cook them on a silicone mat or generously spray the baking pan with cooking spray so that the mushrooms don’t stick to the pan while cooking.
Easy Garlic Parmesan Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 oz white button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place a silicone mat on a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, wine, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add mushrooms and stir well to coat.
Pour mushrooms out onto the silicone mat and shift around so that they are in a single layer. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Serve.
