Broiled Pork Chops with Honey Mustard Butter paired with potato salad and steamed broccoli.
I really enjoy a good pork chop and these Broiled Pork Chops with Honey Mustard Butter are so wonderful, quick and easy and just 4 Carbs! I have a small herb garden so I was able to take the herbs for this right out of my pots but you could use dried if you don’t have any fresh herbs available. Use “loin” chops as they are the leanest cut of pork chops and go for smaller portions if you are watching your SmartPoints or calories. I served them with potato salad and steamed broccoli. I made the potato salad in my Instant Pot so this whole meal took about 15 minutes to prepare. Gotta love that.
