This is one of my favorite breakfasts. I just love the combination of blueberries with lemon juice, it’s so tasty, and the house smells so delicious while it’s baking. This is a perfect breakfast on a chilly morning and although I’m currently in Hawaii, we still have those occasional chilly days (rare to be sure). This tasty breakfast is high in carbs due to the oatmeal but it’s only 6 SmartPoints so it’s a great go to if you are on Weight Watcher’s like I am. Oats are very filling and it’s loaded with blueberries for those great antioxidants!
