My Story
My journey into healthier eating didn’t start in a straight line. Like so many of us, I spent years navigating fad diets, conflicting nutrition advice, and the pressure to look a certain way. At one point, I was obsessed with calories and food guilt — and let me tell you, that’s no way to live.
What changed? I stopped chasing perfection and started focusing on balance. I began creating recipes that didn’t just check a “low-calorie” box, but actually made me feel satisfied, nourished, and happy. I realized that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring, expensive, or complicated.
