I love this soup. It’s 0 SmartPoints so I can eat it at any time and on any day. Even on those days when I’ve over done breakfast or know that I’m going to have a big dinner, I can enjoy this without any worry. This is my husband’s favorite soup and I have to say that it’s close to being mine as well. It’s so creamy and rich and full of flavor that you just can’t help but love it. It’s also made in the slow cooker and you can’t help but love that! I just love “cream of” soups but won’t touch any of the ones in cans due to all of the chemicals that they use to keep them fresh. I made this with a leftover ham bone from Christmas but you can get a ham bone from your local butcher to make this if you aren’t cooking a full ham. This soup is really delicious with chunks of carrots, ham, potatoes and cute little peas.
