Avocado and Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced or diced
  • ½ jalapeno, finely diced (more or less depending on how much you like heat)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 limes, juiced
Directions
  1. Mix together tomatoes, avocado, onion, jalapeno, garlic and cilantro.
  2. Add cumin, salt, pepper and lime juice.  Mix well but gently.
  3. Serve with chips, raw vegetables or as a side or condiment to a main dish.
