½ head of iceberg lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces 1 avocado, diced 1 tomato, diced 1 lemon, juiced 2 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 small cloves garlic, minced ½ teaspoon salt ⅛ teaspoon pepper ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

  1. Combine lettuce, avocado and tomato in a salad bowl.
  2. Combine lemon juice, vegetable oil, garlic, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a salad dressing bottle. Shake to combine.
  3. Dress salad 10 minutes prior to serving to allow flavors to meld.
