Christine's Parmesan Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  1. Mince the garlic first then smash it up in a

  3. Whisk all ingredients together or shake up in a
  4. salad dressing bottle
  5. Poor into
  6. salad bowl
  7. , add lettuce (Romaine is great with this dressing) and toss. Serve with shaved Parmesan on top.
