Lightened Deviled Eggs
Lightened Deviled Eggs 1 Weight Watchers Freestyle Point per egg (2 halves)
Serves: 6
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled (I made mine in the IP: See Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs for directions to make the perfect eggs)
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • Sprinkle garlic powder
  • Sprinkle salt
  • Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper
  • Sprinkle paprika
  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise.  Remove yolks and place in a medium bowl.  Set whites aside on a serving dish.
  2. Add mayonnaise, pickle juice, and mustard to the yolks.
  3. Mash it all up with a fork and mix well.
  4. Evenly pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle tops with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.  Chill and enjoy!
