Broiled Pork Chops with Herbed Honey Mustard Butter

Ingredients
  • 4½ bone-in pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Directions
  1. Set oven to broil.
  2. Place pork chops on broiling pan and sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together butter, honey, Dijon mustard, thyme and rosemary.
  4. Top each pork chop with 1 tablespoon of the butter mixture.
  5. Broil 5 inches from the heat 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
