Lemon and Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 clove garlic, chopped
  • ½ lemon, sliced
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet. I like to use a silicone mat for easier clean up and no sticking.
  3. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix up with hands. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chopped garlic. Mix up with hands to coat. Spread asparagus out on the pan and top with lemon slices. Roast in oven for 15 - 20 minutes until done to your taste.
