Ingredients
Salad:
  • ½ Fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks (about 2 cups)
  • ½ pound fresh strawberries, sliced (about 2 cups)
  • 6 ounce package fresh blueberries (about 1 cup)
  • 6 ounce package fresh raspberries (about 1 cup)
  • 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • zest from 1 lime
  • 1 lime, juiced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Directions
  1. Place all fruit into a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Dressing: Whisk honey, lime zest, lime juice and poppy seeds together.
  3. Pour dressing over fruit and gently toss to cover fruit in dressing. Serve.
